AirAsia has now rectified the “subscribe” link in their Red A!ert mail!
Well done!
09/01/2010 Post :
Okay so earlier today (actually a few minutes ago), I received an email from AirAsia.com, to be precise it was from their subdomain, fly.airasia.com, the same domain I received email updates from when I purchased tickets from AirAsia X.

Looks alright ? Now here’s the catch.. When I clicked on the subscribe link. The following popped up instead :
Hold on a sec, thats not my email… cjku2000@yahoo.com ???
I quickly searched to find out who it belongs to.. And by the power of Facebook and Twitter.. I bring to you Ivan Ku. Employee of Air Asia perhaps ? I have no idea.
I won’t paste screenshots of him here because I don’t even know him for one.
Now I’m not to sure about the technicalities involved in this subscription for Red Alert but it’s pretty obvious something is not right.. Anyone from Air Asia would like to clear this up ? Or at least get it fixed.
It’s embarrassing to let such things slip out especially if you’re one of the top guns out there.
I will gladly update this post with the correct info if anyone from Air Asia care to explain.
